Traveling south on Rt. 4, turn right on Parran Road. Turn left on Mackall Road. Continue on Mackall Road to park sign on right. Turn right into park.

Site Access (days & hours) : Grounds and trails are open year round, 7 days a week 7:30am -Dusk.

The visitor center open 10:00am – 5:00pm during (Spring): Wednesday through Sunday, Mid April through mid-October (no fee for admission)

(Fall) 10:00am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday, late October through Mid-April ,  Canoe and kayak launch is available for $5 fee per vessel.

Special Interests (museum, fishing pier, swimming pool, etc.) : Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum offers many special programs throughout the season, including heritage celebrations, children’s activities, tours, concerts, dances, lectures, and education programs. JPPM also provides preservation services and artifact conservation; and conducts important archaeological research. The park is the proud home of the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Laboratory. Guided tours and other educational opportunities are available by advanced request.

Parking: (number of spaces, distance to the water) : More than 20 spaces available. Unload at waters edge. Move car to designated parking area.
